Built on Trust, Driven by Quality

Carlos Vega grew up watching his father fix cars in their driveway — not because he had to, but because neighbors trusted him. That trust became the foundation of Ratchet Auto when Carlos opened the doors on NE Sandy Blvd.

Today it's a full-service shop with a team of experienced technicians. And the philosophy is the same: treat every car like it's your own, explain everything clearly, and never do work that isn't needed.

We'd rather earn your next visit than sell you one extra repair. That's not marketing — that's how trust is earned.
